Same Four Stages

How Our Repair Services Run From Start to Finish

The roof changes from job to job, but each repair moves through the same four stages.

Step 1

Start With a Roof Walk

Before any quote, the whole roof gets walked: field, seams, edges, drains, curbs, and penetrations. Problems are photographed where they sit, so you can see them without climbing up.

Step 2

Check What Is Underneath

Moisture readings and core cuts show whether insulation below a damaged area is still dry. That answer decides whether a patch is enough or a wider section needs replacing.

Step 3

Match the Repair to the Roof

TPO and PVC seams get heat-welded, EPDM gets primed seam tape, metal gets new fasteners or panels, and every flashing repair is tied into the material around it.

Step 4

Seal Up and Hand Over

At the end of each day, open work is closed against rain. When the repair is finished, you receive photos of the work and notes on anything else worth watching.

Service Questions

Questions About Our Repair Services

What owners ask when deciding which repair service fits their building.

Choosing

Which commercial roof repair service fits my building?

Start with the roof type and what you see. Membrane roofs with seam or drain trouble fall under flat roof repair, screw-line and panel leaks under metal roof repair, unexplained stains under leak repair, and plant roofs with fans and pipe runs under industrial repair. One call covers any mix of them.

Can one visit cover more than one repair type?

Yes. A warehouse with a membrane office roof and a metal shop roof gets both looked at in the same walk, and the repairs are scheduled together. You receive one set of photos and notes covering every roof section we inspected.

Materials

Do repairs use the same material as the existing roof?

They do wherever that material is still available. TPO is repaired with TPO, EPDM with EPDM tape and patches, and metal with panels of the same profile and gauge. Matching the material keeps seams and laps working the way the original roof was built.

Do you replace wet insulation during a repair?

Yes, inside the repair area. Wet insulation found in core cuts is cut out, replaced with new board, and covered with new membrane tied into the roof around it. If wet insulation runs well past the repair area, you hear that before the work starts.

Scheduling

Can repairs happen while the building is open?

Most can. Repairs are made from the roof surface, so offices, stores, and shops below keep working. When a repair needs a rooftop unit shut down or a floor area cleared, we arrange the timing with you ahead of the visit.

What happens if it rains during a repair?

Work stops and the open area is sealed before the weather arrives. Repairs are planned in sections small enough to close up the same afternoon, so a passing storm leaves the building covered overnight.
